Facilitator Program

The Association's facilitator training program consists of two levels of training sessions:

Foundation Training

This is the essential facilitator training and what you need to get going. It is a 4 day program, which teaches the participants the core process, the application techniques, and the supporting theories. Participants are also given an opportunity to design customized workshop using the method. Upon completion of this program, the facilitator can design and facilitate workshops with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Click here for an overview of the training objectives and the content for the 4 days.

For more detailed information about the training curriculum, the training process and cost please email the individual trainers.

Our training programs in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method are hands-on and minds-on, and are delivered in a fun and intense “leaning-in” atmosphere. Our approach is for the participants to experience first, and then reflect on that experience. The current program is an updated and improved version of the facilitator training we have delivered since LEGO launched LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in 2001.

As part of the training the participants receive a comprehensive facilitator manual and supplementary documentation. There is also on-going support following your training to help you get going with success.

Advanced Training

These are one-day training sessions for participants who have completed the Foundation Training and have built substantial client experience with the method. The advanced training programs focus on one or more application techniques and how to use them to unlock more value.

It is not a requirement to complete any of the advanced programs to maintain your certification.

The details about the Advanced Training programs including the training schedule is available at the Facilitator Community section.
