He talks about two opportunities for marketing LEGO SERIOUS PLAY: in-company opportunities and conference opportunities and heexplains that LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is a way to showcase its effectiveness compared to other team building events and emphasizes that it is not a problem-solving workshop. Robert gives guidelines for designing LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshops, including relevant topics and avoiding promising concrete outputs stressing the importance of making sure the topic of the workshop is relevant and real for the people in the room. Robert advises against making the workshop too long or too short, and recommend using the Window Exploration kit instead of the starter kit. He also explains the flow of the workshop as ""explain and experience,"" and emphasizes the importance of understanding the science behind Legos Play and its relevance to real issues. Robert also said to focus to:  ensure challenge questions in workshops are related to the topic and have a goal.  Keep workshops between 1.5 to 3 hours and avoid breaks for large groups  Divide participants into groups of minimum six and maximum eight for workshops  Follow the ""explain and experience"" flow in workshops to explain the science behind LEGO SERIOUS PLAY and help participants understand its value  Emphasize the relevance of LSP and its customization capabilities in workshops
