The meeting covered remote workshops including engaging clients during the pandemic and a discussion on using real-time strategy solutions. The Bricks for Sanity initiative was also recapped as a successful community-building effort during the pandemic. Per argued that remote workshops should not be cheaper than in-person ones if they deliver the same value and impact. The LSP social coffee chats challenge is about connecting one-on-one and sharing insights to grow networks and exchange ideas. Robert introduces the real time strategy solution as an alternative to using a plan and provides examples of how simple guiding principles can help make express decisions and emphasizes the benefits of having a real time strategy with symbol guiding principles. Robert suggests playing out future scenarios and extracting guiding principles from them. He emphasizes that strategy is an instrument for making intentional decisions with plans and offers simple guiding principles to help guide those decisions. Per argues that remote workshops should not necessarily be cheaper than in-person ones, as long as they deliver the same value and impact.
