The meeting discussed using Lego Serious Play (LSP) for Agile methodologies, including sprint retrospectives, cross-team collaboration, team alignment, new project kickoffs and addressing serious problems in Agile and classical project management. LSP was used for reference sprints, improving cross-team collaboration, establishing team identity, and addressing team member conflict. LSP is preferred because it focuses on the model and problem rather than the person and can be used in various situations including sprint retrospectives, cross-team collaboration, team alignment, and new project kickoffs. Participants shared ideas for using LSP for feedback, including anonymous feedback, positive team alignment, and clocking feedback over time. Time constraints in retrospective reviews were discussed, and it was suggested to build on previous models and not use LSP for every retrospective. LSP can be used regularly or ad hoc depending on the situation in an Agile environment.
