The meeting welcomed attendees from 15 countries and discussed the use of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in Mastermind groups for business accountability and support. Marcy shared their experience and process for facilitating these groups virtually, including the use of Jamboard and warm-up exercises. Participants developed relationships outside of the monthly sessions and there was discussion about the value and pricing of these groups. Marcy discusses how she and others adapted to the COVID pandemic and the importance of seeking help and accountability in business, including hiring a coach. Marcy and Donna chose to cover the application of Lego Serious Play as a Mastermind tool. She discusses how they developed a process using Lego Serious Play for Mastermind groups and the challenges they faced in doing so. Marcy describes the structure of their six-month Mastermind program and how they used Jamboard to record and organize discussions and solutions and shares examples of using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in a mastermind setting, including solution building and reflection exercises. Marcy discusses the value of having a paid mastermind group and how entrepreneurs are a good fit for this type of group.
