Cédric Berrest was certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method in 2020 and since then he has used LSP extensively in team dynamics development, leadership and strategy workshops. He qualified as a Trainer of Facilitators in 2025.

Cédric had a first career as an olympic rower, participating in three Olympic Games and winning a bronze medal for France. He received his Engineering Degree in Material Sciences in 2011 from the National Polytechnic Institute. He then worked as an engineer and as a manager in big leading industrial groups before founding his own management training and consulting firm, Berrest Conseil. He is also trained and certified as a professionnal coach. 


Cédric delivers LSP trainings in French and English with main focus on France, Quebec and North Africa.

Forever playful, Cédric was first drawn to LSP by the paradoxal concept of working with toys, to complete his portfolio. Discovering that the power of the method was far beyond expectation, he immediately used it with his clients and made it his signature tool. He also took an active role in organizing meetings for the community of french certified faciliators.

Cédric lives in Toulouse, France with his wife and their two boys.
