Daniele Radici was certified in the LEGO^® SERIOUS PLAY^® Method in 2016. He immediately fell in love with the Method and began applying LSP in strategy development, business model re-design, identity exploration, and organizational transformation. In 2026, he qualified as a Trainer of Facilitators.

Before focusing on facilitation, Daniele worked in the automotive industry with Ferrari F1 and BMW, later specializing in open innovation, digital transformation, and business model design. In 2019 he founded Innovation-LAB^®, a boutique consulting firm, and today he is Partner at Trivium International and Managing Partner of Trivium Italia. He holds a degree in Management Engineering and completed executive programs at MIP Politecnico di Milano and Singularity University Nordic. He also teaches business strategy and innovation at Politecnico di Milano, Scuola Politecnica di Design, and Università degli Studi di Bergamo. 

Daniele delivers LSP trainings in Italian and English, mainly across Europe.

He was drawn to LSP for its unique ability to make complex thinking visible, foster meaningful conversations, and enable people to discover clarity and new perspectives through hands-on creativity.
