In 2016, Matthias Renner was trained and certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method. He qualified as a Trainer of Facilitators in 2025. Matthias applies LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
As founder of Brickolution®, Matthias designs and delivers workshops that help teams and leaders co-create clarity, build shared understanding, and translate strategy into action.
Before founding Brickolution, Matthias worked in international, top-level hospitality and later as an IT consultant. With a degree in computer science, he brings both analytical precision and creative facilitation to his work.
In addition to end-user workshops, Matthias delivers facilitator training programs. He also co-hosts the podcasts Enten-Talk and Bricks Boutique Hotel on LEGO SERIOUS PLAY.
Matthias is a certified mediator and experienced coach and speaks regularly at conferences and events.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, he delivers programs in German, English, and French.

ABOUT US
Currently we are 14 trainer-of-facilitator and 2 master trainers. All have extensive proven end-user experience have all gone through 3 – 4 years of “apprenticeship style” training to qualify as trainer-of-facilitator. All trainers are continuously being supervised and monitored for quality and consistency in delivery.
