Looking for testimony about success of LSP method for helping change in companies’ organization

Hello Facilitators community.

I have been trained in Dec 2021 by Jean Semo and Marie Dupont in France. I’m currently trying to implement the LSP methodology in my current company. Our HR department would be interested to use it to work on topics related to implementation of new organizations and asked me if it is possible to provide examples of companies that would have experienced the method for same topic with success.

It would be better to have French companies or at least french language speaking ones. Nevertheless that’s not mandatory.

I imagine that among the community there are a lot of such examples ? If so, I would appreciate if you could give me some contacts I could provide to our HR department?
