Hi the comunity,
I have a customer who has an ongoing project of implementing a new ERP (software – see here for definition if you don’t know what I talk about).
He is not 100% satisfied with his ERP partner and is considering modifying the ERP after implementation. I suggested to make a LSP workshop to embrace all parties involved into this strategical project and take the good decisions. Does anybody of you have experience with ERP and LSP ?
