César Suárez began his journey with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method in 2010 and in 2012, he was trained as an LSP facilitator by Robert Rasmussen, main architecture of the method. Since then he has been customizing and delivering workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method with many clients across multiple industries in 11 countries in Latin America and have delivered around 600 workshops for 10,000 people aproximately.

From 2013, he has been organizing LSP facilitator training sessions in Colombia and since 2018 have formed around 450 facilitators in Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, México and Spain.

He is an Industrial Engineer from Javeriana University, with a degree as a business specialist in 1999, and in 2004, got a Master’s degree in Business Administration. In 2008, Cesar was trained as a Neuro-linguistic Programming coach.

César has been a consultant for the United Nations development plan program and worked as an employee in several companies in the financial sector for 11 years. In 2010, he founded his company, “Juego y Estrategia”. He is passionate and focused on helping people and organizations to exploit their potential and achieve their goals. He does this through his work with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and as an international speaker that combines Education, Play and Entertainment; what he calls “EDUPLAYMENT®”. He is a triathlete since 2019 and have completed two IRONMAN70.3, three Marathons (NY, San Francisco and Rio de Janeiro) and in 2023 classified to represent his country (Colombia) in the triathlon world championship

He lives in Bogota, Colombia with his family.
