Paquisa Mazzola

Paquisa Mazzola has been working with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology since 2013, when she was trained by Lucio Margulis, and since then Paquisa has been responsible for organizing the training of facilitators in Brazil.

She is the founder of Smart Play Consultancy specializing in Experience Design and Workhops using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY for the development of people and organizations in various business segments, for large companies, industries and Educational Institutions.

Paquisa holds a degree in Social Communication and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Business from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP in São Paulo, Brazil). She is also an Experience Designer Certified by Kaospilitot in 2018 and has a specialization in Branding by ESPM.

Paquisa’s passion for LEGO started when she worked for LEGO® Education (São Paulo-Brazil) and was active in projects for the development of children, youth and social projects. He was also responsible for organizing the FLL (FIRST LEGO League) Robotics Tournaments in Brazil to help expand STEM among childrens.

Paquisa lives in São Paulo with her husband Jorge and their daughter Elisa.
