RTS as a concept & Playing with AT6 with LSP
The goal of the presentation is to demystify a technique called ""AT6"" and encourage more use of it. Per explains the history and concept of real time strategy, including its origins in Legos Serious Play and the importance of heedful interactions and simple guiding principles. Per defines strategy as a tool for moving from a current situation (A) to a desired future situation (B) and discusses the decision-making process for choosing a tool based on internal or external factors. He introduces the concept of emergent or learned strategy and how it differs from traditional planning. Per explains that AT6 can be used in various ways to help clients make better decisions. He gives examples of playing emergence and decisions using AT6, including playing the past and exploring vulnerabilities. Per encourages facilitators to start using the technique and mentions the importance of experiencing the full process, but also suggests loosening up and allowing for shorter versions.
