Thanks to Per and Robert for the Guiding Principles for helping our beautiful community continue to thrive with uncompromising quality while also grounding on reality. This is really helpful. Thx!
I couldn’t agree more with you, Per and Robert! LSP can’t prove its real value virtually…and your offer during this crisis is much appreciated.
I think that multiplying the coffee chats is an excellent idea to keep us all connected, share our concerns/thoughts and discover new helpful perspectives to approah this new business context. Maybe you could keep a small number of participants building and sharing, but also consider allowing others to join live (mutted). They can contribute to each session by asking questions, sharing insights etc, using the chat. Personally, I think this will not only add more value to the coffee chats, but will also help us build a stronger sense of community and keep us healthier during this crisis…
As for small group calls regarding virtual LSP sessions, I would suggest to record them and share them here – so that all of us get new insights, even if we don’t have such requests (yet). Use them as best practice sharing, a learning opportunity for all of us during these hard times.
Thanks a lot and stay safe!
Hi Per,
Thanks for posting this. At this point to be honest the biggest challenge I’m finding (and I guess it falls into the “new normal” category) is that most of my potential customers have stopped any operation that requires them to spend money, as budgets are being kept tight. I’ve offered a few free / no charge experiences, and even those are not being wildly accepted.
I’ve decided to let some more water run under the bridge, as everyone is still uncertain of what the world will look like tomorrow and focus on 2 things:
1. Running free webinars to hopefully inspire people to create 3d models about what they feel and think about all of this. A question here: LSP is of course what I’m using to run these but as not everyone has lego bricks with them, what do you think about having attendants use whatever they have at hand to build 3d models?
2. Free consultations with my existing customers to help them with their current situation. These are working quite well for me, especially when I use zoom or hangouts and allow them to see what I’m doing.
Hi Per. Thank you for your advices and tips. I was asking my self the same questions… I m interested by joining the coffee chat, please how can we register for the 8april session ?
Tkx a lot !

Thank you for sharing, super useful!
We have also to remember that, in this situation, we are assuming that clients have their own bricks.
